If you have identified some properties you're interested in then send us the homeowners contact information. We will contact the seller (or Realtor) and see if we can qualify it for our Seller Financing program. If we are successful then we will put it under contract and move forward with the closing.

One final note. ALL TERMS of every transaction are fully disclosed to the buyer and the seller. There are NEVER any hidden charges or surprises when you purchase a home through any of our programs.
